All products shipped within Australia are primarily posted using Australia Post Express Parcel Post. All orders will be shipped by the following business day after they are ordered unless we contact you. Australia Post delivery times will vary depending on your location in Australia, an estimate of arrival can be obtained through the tracking number sent to your e-mail after we have shipped the product. We suggest in these current tim es allowing 1 week for delivery or 2 weeks during the busy December Period.

A flat rate of $9 is charged for a single everlasting Hug In A Jug® within Australia, and prices will increase after that according to weight and destination. If you require a large quantity please email us for a quote.

International shipping is offered through the website to the USA (Flat rate of $24 to ship a single hug) and New Zealand ( Flat rate of $19 for a single hug) and primarily sent using Australia Post Economy Air .
